A beautiful antique asian celadon bowl with ruffled edges and decorated with a highly stylized scene of boys at play in blue and white in the Chinese taste. Decorated on the front and back. Dates from the late 19th / early 20th c. Measures just under 6" in diameter x 1 5/8" deep. Good condition - some glaze skip at the rim is in the making and not a fault.
