VINTAGE CHINESE EXPORT BLUE & WHITE PORCELAIN ORIENTAL BEAD NECKLACE LONGEVITY. STUNNING VINTAGE CHINESE PORCELAIN LONGEVITY NECKLACE. Presenting an exceptionally fine vintage Chinese export blue and white porcelain bead necklace. This exquisite authentically vintage piece dates to circa 1940s and is composed of white porcelain beads beautifully decorated with flow blue auspicious Oriental symbols of longevity and good luck. This stunning necklace is composed of 43 round beads individually. Knotted into place and secured with an ornate silver clasp. Each bead measures approx 13mms in diameter. This fabulous strand measures 71cms in length.
This necklace has a total weight of just over 106 grams. This fine strand is presented in very good vintage condition with no chips or losses to the beads. The original cotton strand upon which the beads are knotted has frayed and displays some signs of age as is to be expected with an authentically vintage example.
The stringing remains secure and the original silver claps is in fine working order.
