Vintage Maitland Smith Cornucopia Horns of Plenty Blue White Porcelain Vase Pair

Beautiful pair (2) Vintage Maitland Smith Blue and White Porcelain and Brass or Bronze "Horns of Plenty" Trumpet Vases or Statues. The vases are made of white porcelain in a fluted spiral design with blue and white floral pattern on the horn and on the hollow porcelain base which measures 4 inches wide X 6 long inches X 1 inch high. The metal base, which appears to be bronze finish over metal, of the horn has two brass screws with washers to attach the horn to the porcelain base. Maitland Smith tags are on the bottom of the base.

Horn itself is about 11 1/2 inches high, 10 1/2 inches wide, and 5 inches in diameter at mouth. Each item is about 11 1/2 inches long overall and 5 inches wide overall and weighs about 4 pounds 5 ounces. These are quality-made Maitland Smith collectibles. The items, as noted, are vintage and may show some signs of aging, of course, but have no chips, cracks or other damage noted.

Both items are sturdy and there is no looseness or wobble. NOTE: One of the vases has some glue residue where it connects to the metal piece. It has been this way since I have owned it.
